Grand Bahama suspect arrested for possession of unlicensed firearm and ammunition

Grand Bahama Island – This evening, Monday 20th February, 2012, a 24 year old resident of Martin Town, Eight Mile Rock is in police custody after he was arrested shortly before 10:00am this morning for possession of unlicensed firearm and ammunitions. It was approximately 9:40am this morning, when a team of officers from the Drug Enforcement Unit were in the Holmes Rock area conducting an investigation when the arrest was made.
